NDA (I) EXAMINATION 2023 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The eligibility criteria for the NDA (National Defence Academy) & NA (Naval Academy) examinations are set by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), which conducts the exam. The eligibility criteria for the NDA & NA exam 2023 are as follows:

  2. Age Limit: For the NDA, candidates must be born between January 2, 2004, and January 1, 2007. For the NA, candidates must be born between January 2, 2004, and January 1, 2007.

  3. Gender: Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for the NDA & NA examinations.

  4. Educational Qualifications:

    • For Army Wing: Candidates should have passed Class 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.

    • For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Candidates should have passed Class 12th or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognized board or university.
